GeoLogTag
How to geotag photos in a shared folder on my Mac
To geotag photos - JPEG and/or RAW - in a shared folder on your Mac, you go to the GeoTag tab. Initially the screen will look like this:

Select a Mac shared folder by tapping the “Select a shared folder ...” button. Intuitive app, isn’t it ;-)
This will show a screen with a list of Macs that have file sharing turned on. I assume that for most people only 1 Mac will be in the list. Select the Mac, log in with your Mac user name and password.

Once logged in, a list with shared folders exposed by that Mac is presented. Just choose the one that contains your photos.
As a result your GeoTag screen will now look like this:

At the left of the shared folder name there is a counter button that shows how many of your photos can be geotagged by GeoLogTag. If you tap the button, the counter refreshes.

At the right of the shared folder name there is a geotag button. The geotag button is only visible if the counter is > 0. Tap the geotag button to start geotagging your photos.

Once your photos are geotagged, they are ready to be imported in iPhoto or another photo management application (Adobe Lightroom, Aperture, Picasa, ...).
Aperture 3 users can also import a GPX track file.
