How long does it take to geotag photos on my Mac?

The performance of the geotagging depends on the type of your photos.

For JPEG photos the geotagging performance slightly depends on your camera type, but is around 80 photos per minute.

For RAW photos, geotagging is slightly faster: 100 - 150 photos per minute depending on the type of the RAW photos (NEF, CR2, ...).
